- 225g Caster sugar
- 300g Plain flour (sifted)
- 200g Butter melted (Room temperature)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 5 g Baking powder
- One pinch of salt to taste

Method
Add the prepared ingredients, flour, sugar, butter, vanilla, baking powder, salt to the food processor and mix slowly at first. After mixing all the ingredients well, stir for about 5 minutes. However, dough can be prepared by mixing the ingredients manually in a steel bowl.
